Welcome to Enormous Logistics LLC  ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Company Services

Enormous Logistics is a car hauling dispatch company providing dispatching, brokerage coordination, and accounting support services for car haulers operating within the United States. We do not own cargo, operate as a motor carrier, or provide physical transportation services unless explicitly stated in writing.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under U.S. law to use our services.
 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Accept full responsibility for vehicle transport, delivery, and condition of cargo
   

4. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue

We do not guarantee load availability, pricing, revenue, or profitability. All dispatch services are provided on a best-effort basis.
 

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are agreed upon prior to service. Payments are non-refundable once dispatch services have been rendered unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
 

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. Clients operate as independent contractors.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enormous Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, cargo damage, delays, or legal penalties incurred by the client.
 

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enormous Logistics from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their operations or violation of laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Enormous Logistics and may not be copied or used without written permission.
 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these Terms.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State in which Enormous Logistics is registered.
